A "Credit Note" is just the document that reverses a paid "Invoice" :

Don't worry, you'll receive your refund :

  • The creation of the "Credit Note" is an accounting obligation to us as part of the refund process.
  • The "Credit Note" is not a "Store Credit" or "Voucher".   It is simply the accounting document that fully, or partially, reverses the original invoice.  It creates a "debt" on our part to you.
  • It is the Credit Note that is then paid by us, to you, in the form of a refund.

Do you prefer a store credit in the form of a voucher instead of the refund?

We can do that!

In this case, please contact us and let us know.  It usually takes between 2 and 10 days (depending on the case and your original payment method and your country) for us to process refunds.  If we have not yet processed the refund when you contact us, we will gladly issue a store voucher for you, which will also settle the Credit Note.

Please note: if you opt for a voucher instead of a refund, we can no longer issue a refund to you later.  The voucher will not expire until you use it.
