It depends on the items you ordered :
There are three types of products :
- "In Stock" items will be packed and shipped the next business day after you order. We can sometimes pack and ship "In Stock" items the same day, if the order arrives before 10 am.
- "Preorder" items have variable times depending on the item, the supplier and the production cycle. The estimated date of availability is listed on the product page.
- "By Order Only" items are produced for you after you place the order and the estimated production time (from order to packing to ship to you) is listed on the product page.
If you place an order containing both "In Stock" and items with longer delivery times, the order will be shipped when all items have arrived for us to pack and ship the full order.
Are you in a hurry? Please choose only "In Stock" products, or place two orders : one order with "In Stock" products and another order for the products that have longer waiting times.
You have ordered items with a longer delivery time, but they should have already been shipped.
In this case, please contact us. We will check for you what is causing the delay and when it will be delivered. If possible, we can go ahead and send the rest.
You have ordered items with a delivery time of 'In stock' and you haven't received tracking information yet.
We pack in the mornings with early afternoon pick-up, so you'll receive your tracking late in the evening. Haven't received anything? Some days are busier than average, so it's not always possible to pack everything. Your order will be shipped one business day later.
